SANY Sensors Anywhere

The Service Support Environment (SSE) developed for the Ground Segment Department at ESA-ESRIN is a service-oriented and distributed environment among business users (service users and service providers), enabling the integration of EO, meteorological and GIS data.

The SSE service-enabling environment facilitates
service provision and orchestration, allowing each organisation to exploit the service know-how and provision ability of the others, also for the creation of new services from a horizontal set of basic services supplied by multiple service providers.

In SANY, SSE is mainly used as a Decision Support portal offering Web clients for most SensorSA services. In addition, SSE enables integration of EO services into SANY applications.
